What each surface costs

A house wash is priced at 15 cents per square foot for a one-story home and 18 cents for a two-story home, with a $279 minimum so a small house is not priced like a large one. A driveway runs 25 cents per square foot with a $149 minimum, and a pool cage runs 35 cents per square foot of enclosure with a $249 minimum.

A patio is 30 cents per square foot with a $149 minimum on its own. Every visit has a $149 minimum, so a single small job still covers the cost of sending a crew out.

Gutters and pavers price a little differently

A gutter cleanout, clearing leaves and debris and flushing the downspouts, runs $175 for a one-story home, $199 for a larger one-story home, and $249 for a two-story home. Brightening the black tiger stripes on the outside of the gutters is a separate add-on at $95 or $145.
